Probably similar to many of you, we struggled to find thoughtful and useful gifts that were unique. We created our line of pillows and blankets to fulfill that need. From supporting our family members undergoing cancer treatment, to creating soft and snuggly baby blankets to welcome new little loves to the family, we want our products to bring joy into the world. Where are your products printed?

  • We can happily say that all of our products are printed in the United States.

Can I add a gift message to my packing slip?

  • Yes! We know many times you send products directly to your loved one, so we offer the option to add a gift note at checkout so you can tell your gift recipient just how much you care.

What is your return policy?

  • Simple - we want you to love your Luxe Palette item! We are a small, family run business and don't have the capacity to continuously accept returns like the big guys, but we aim for the best customer service so we are happy to help out if you are not happy with your order for any reason. Please use our Contact Us page to let us know the problem and include your order number. We will get back to you within 1 business day to give you some options.
  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us right away and we'll get a new one out to you quickly.

How much is shipping in the US?

  • Shipping for a cart total under $99 is a flat rate of $6.99.
  • If your cart subtotal (before taxes) adds up to more than $99, you will receive free standard shipping.
  • We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

How much is international shipping?

  • International shipping is a $24.99 flat rate. 
  • We do not offer a free shipping option for international orders.

How long will it take my item to arrive?

  • Your items will ship within 4-6 business days and you will receive a tracking number once your item ships.
  • Continental US orders take 2-7 business days to arrive after they are shipped. 
  • International orders take 7-21 business days to arrive after they are shipped.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for US orders and can be selected upon checkout.
